Can I complete custom orders remotely, or do they have to be in person?
We've got you covered no matter where you are! Chavelis Playhouse primarily collaborates with clients remotely, offering consultations over the phone or through video chat to bring your fashion dreams to life. However, if it's feasible for both parties, we also provide private, in-person consultations.
Due to the unique nature of each Chavelis Playhouse creation, all sales are final. Please keep in mind that custom pieces are also considered final sale and are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?
Shipping information, including estimated delivery times and options, will be clearly specified during the checkout process. For made-to-order items, you can also find shipping details in the product description. Rest assured, we're committed to providing you with all the information you need for a smooth shopping experience. We are not responsible for parcels after they leave our hands. Please insure your orders are accurate for additional safety, as one of one garments are irreplaceable. We take our careful time to ensure that every detail is accounted for and that each piece is unique.
Payment terms for
custom items
A 50% deposit is required once we've finalized the details, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and approval by the client. Payment is expected upfront and upon project completion.The cost of shipping will be incorporated into the final total, which is to be settled with the remaining 50% deposit.
